we went to a friends Birthday dinner lastnight
and her hubby made a huge pot of turkey chili..
it was the best I've ever tasted..
will get the recipe (:)
the amount of heat was perfect ..
I saw stewed tomatoes in it,
kidney beans and the ground turkey..
and some onions..
I think if I got a pkg of chili seasoning and those ingredients I could match it.. LOL (:)

Sounds good for a winter time meal. We're usually dealing with 100 degree temperatures now. Our weather is strange as we're expecting a heavy rain storm tomorrow and under seventy degree weather on Monday.
ReplyDeleteIt is HOT here and I just made a pot of chili....:) I always add mushrooms fresh or canned and a sweet onion. I also add different colored kidney beans. It goes perfectly with my Grandmother's pimento cheese recipe and crackers!

can't wait to see the recipe- I love turkey chilli- we mainly get it with minced (ground) beef here so turkey sounds a much better option.
