I laid some ferns on the glass and sprayed a cream paint..not too bad~~

I hung it in the tree beside the deck ..

I wish the ferns had shown up alittle clearer OH WELL(:) can always redo it another day ~~

I hung this wine painted window years ago with a hook n eye that screwed into the ceiling then hung it from a thin chain sprayed it with a can of icicle spray on the backside..

The RUSTY metal RABBIT planter I got at a G-sale this year ~LOVE it~~

AWH YES~~ the wasp on my livingroom carpet ..all just little

"feelings of SUMMER'

Memorial Day Shikabobs..were delish.. asparagus, onions, meatballs, Hot peppers an some leaks, chicken ..and yummy fresh pineapple~~

I sometimes mix them up and do repeats on the sticks and sometimes I have all the same on each stick.. Who cares huh?? All tastes good~!!

Also had bowls of cut up cantelope and watermelon..

Tomikins not far from the wasp~~ I picked it (the wasp) up with a rag and threw it outside~~~I know I should have smooshed it with my foot ..can't kill anything living --well except a fly (:) Was hoping TOMI would get it for me~~

A cluster of red candles in my livingroom

Put up some old mirrors I had and added the one on the right I just got at a G-sale, it was white so I painted it a brownish black..

Some birdhouses out back on the deck plus my rabbit I love

I haven't even been out to garage sales yet, I must have a fever! Actually the weather hasn't been very cooperative, snowed just last week.
    Nice pics.
    Have a great day!
    Brenda :)

  8. Hi again Patty,
I like that room divider window. I actually did think of something similar to that, but decided to wait as we'll be moving back to CO in a year. Fun ideas you have!

As far as your question about the commenting: Go to your Layout page. On that page, under the Blog Posts section click on the edit button. A new window, Configure Blog Posts, pops up. You'll see there under Select Items (4 down) That's where you can put whatever you like. Hope this helps. Let me know. I don't explain things too well sometimes!

    God bless,

  12. Good Morning Patty!
Hope your weather is being nicer to you then mine! It is 50' this AM and cold, I had to wear a long sleeved shirt when I walked! I had hoped it was going to warm up, I have so many things to paint, SIGH!
What is up with Washingtons weather lately???

Love your hanging window, very cool, also love the one you have inside your house! I thought it was great how you took the white painted mirror and painted it out brown, all of us shabby girls would of taken your brown mirrors and painted them white!:) I do love your prim decor, I still have lots of it around my house mixed in...I am doing a rooster and chicken post today so make sure and stop by for a peek!

    Donna Lynn

  13. A window in a tree - HOW COOL!! I love it. You're so creative it's breathtaking. I think YOUR blog is the fun one!! Thank you for your kindness and your friendship. Blessings.. POlly (p.s. putting up the paintings tomorrow)

  14. Hi Patty,
No, I did not paint the rooster cabinet, I found it at a place called Folk Art Gatherings about a hundred years ago, (seems like it anyway), I used to be pretty prim in my decor, but couldn't bear to get rid of a lot of it!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

SO glad you came by (:) Patty
