Grilled and stuffed PASILLE's
fresh PASILLE's
We had a sale on these down at the store.. I love them stuffed and grilled..
I added canned chopped artichokes, mexican sour cream , garlic, S&P, parmesan cheese..
clean them out first
I cut off the top..
Filled them with the mixture..
...... grilled on BBQ , in the stove in a pan or under the broiler..
I froze about a dozen filled..
and will toss them on the grill when we BBQ..
We had a nice weekend went out of town to a cousins B day party..
came home and went to the food fest in the Park..
Our Court House~ the park below it has the FOOD Fest~
they had some entertainment going on under the tents..
This was the first weekend of the areas
APPLE BLOSSOM Festival..
next weekend is the big parade down the Main street~SMALL TOWN USA~(:)
