This is it ''I officially have gained 5 pounds over the Holidays''
and I have had it~~
thats it~~~ no more cream cheese spreads on crackers, no more sweets ..........
....... am getting on a veggie/fruit/protein routine(:)
yes I am.. after the New Years Eve dinner at our friends house tonight..
...she is making a BUG JUICE CHICKEN..sounds delish and I haven't ever tasted it..SO I'll have to eat dinner~~
