I wasn't going to post this
but decided it may help
someone else avoid the icky thing that happened to me afew weeks back ~
AWH yes~ I decided to open an CAN of salmon --
I made salmon patties (cooked)
I broke off a small piece and sat down to eat it,
when a chewey thing I felt..
so I put my finger in and pulled out
a dead 3-4inch tapeworm ~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UGH UGH UGH ~!!!!
OH I just can't say how horrible that was ~!!!
Pledged to never eat salmon or at that point any meat again ~!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I looked it up on the web and
they say because of the canning process you can't get (worms) from eggs
that could be in there..
that was a relief.. but a horribly discusting experience~!

Yesterday was fun for a shutin (:)
Shirley took me to my therapy
she went a did some chores while I was there -
an hour-
then we went to SALLY's Beauty Supply..
and got a few things - I almost bought one of the little wiglets they had..
there were two I liked
one with a comb attached
and two kinda pigtails that you could bend anyway you wanted ..
the other was just a little round wiglet..
maybe I'll go back and check them out again when I feel like standing longer..
still an achey ankle--ugh..
then we went an had a chicken salad (:) at ARBY's
We babysat the two little grandsons for acouple hours lastnight ..
they always cheer me up ~
