Yeah....age tracks us down even for our wooden counter-parts.
I've seen that style of chair in brightly coloured plastic (?) which I'm sure would last forever but it's just not the same as the old wooden ones.
I love those old wood Adirondack chairs, too. My uncle used to make them. xo Diana
