Easter Lunch ..

Kids are coming here for an Easter Lunch

am thinking of making

cordon blue

slicing the chicken breast thin,

adding a thin slice of ham

 and swiss cheese

 rolling them into a cigar shape and size

 then topping them

 with some parmesan cheese

baking them

then maybe

 jojo potatoes

 asparagus

strawberry shortcake for dessert

ok thats my plan..ha
