Patty, Good for you !! On the loss of weight and the clearing out of things that you no long wear. I need a major kick in the pants to get myself going on that very thing. Love the cat ladies' tea. xoxo,Susie
Our Goodwill here has made it very easy to donate to. They have several drop off donation sites where they come out to the car to help you unload onto carts. That, and they are closer than the ACS thrift store are the main reasons we donate to them. It does feel good to pare down when needed. We were so used to moving every couple of years that we were pretty good about keeping ourselves clutter free. Now, though we've lived here for 13 years. We could use some heavy handed downsizing.
Oh I should do some house cleaning like that, but I am afraid I have way too, too much to unload. We have lots of second hand stores and good will. No beets were not a favorite for me either. But it looks like I might get another batch of beets. JP likes the borscht and cooked up greens so I guess I need to suck it up and make some more soup for him.Have a good day.Louise
Congratulations on the clean-out and the weight loss!!!

Hi Patty! Congratulations on your recent weight loss! You are my hero. And what a great idea to donate your clothes to people who can benefit from it. Whenever I clean out my house, I say that my house lost weight!I think I missed Blogger Day, darn it. Oh well. Hope you have a wonderful Labor Day Weekend :)Ceil
