well
I took 2 ready made pie crusts
put one down on my pizza pan
--I LOVE--
it is the best pan ever to bake cookies, pizza, burritos etc on
its thick
non stick
and
the edged curve up for a no spill mess.

I bought it at Walmart this last year
...mixed up
some blueberries, raspberries , sugar and a little cornstarch..
dumped it on the crust
..topped it with the 2nd crust..
curled the edges up tightly
..baked at 410 for about 30 minutes
Happy Baking to me and YOU (:)
Yum........that looks good. Hubby likes pies only two ways, hot and cold!! I have a pizza pan (not like that one) but I use it for everything and it is so ugly and browned and OLD, but it is the best pan in the house, it's seen A LOT of pizzas in it's time.
ReplyDeleteWas looking at pie crusts yesterday...but did not buy...must try your way, JP would like that.
It looks (and sounds!) just right! Every time I buy pie at the grocery, it gives me heartburn. Ha!
ReplyDeleteyes fruit pies like raspberry etc really do that (:) POM
ReplyDeleteThat free form pie looks good. Rick's favorite pie has always been apple. I prefer berry pies myself. We hardly ever have pie though.
