ReplyDeleteThanks for all the sweet comments!! It really encourages me. I use picmonkey.com for a lot of my editing. That's where I get the scissor cut borders.
I did join the paid service to use a lot of stuff that isn't available for free. The border I'm using may be part of the paid membership.
Anyhow...go check it out. It really is a user friendly program and so much is offered for free.
