 do you notice how slim everyone was back then

maybe because they are all young? or they ate better ?

    I do think they ate smaller portions, did not feast on huge restaurant portions, didn't HAVE processed foods, and moved around a lot more than we have to! I noticed that Americans (including ME!) are chubbier than Europeans.
