We got a very late start on our vegetable garden plants. My tomatoes are just getting their true leaves. I planted stuff in a newly constructed raised bed, and that's why it's so late this year. My friends are already harvesting their first tomatoes. I have green beans, cilantro, basil, parsley, zucchini and cucumbers sprouting and on their way. It's late but we have a very long growing season.
My garden needs more dirt. Right now it seems to be producing rocks only! It's so hot here. We need rain to put out all the fires. Your radishes are lovely! Why don't you paint them?
I agree-the photo is so pretty, it would make a wonderful painting. I've got lots of cilantro.....I love it. Everything else is taking its time, but doing ok. We could use more rain too. Love your blog background and header photo...those gals were having A Day!
