Spinach Dinner

Had gotten a huge bag of fresh spinach

 at Costco afew weeks ago

 and knew it would go bad

before I could use it all

so I froze several bags...

I know it would be fine for baking~

I sprayed a glass baking dish

then layered

tomato sauce(in a jar),

then some spinach,

raw chicken-

 thinly sliced breast,

 chopped chunks of cheddar,

onion & garlic powerer, S&P..

repeated it all~

Lots of spinach..

topped it with more seasoning

and parmesan cheese~

Topped that with some small

corn tortillas and grape tomatoes, sprinkled on some

 olive /canola oil mix

 before I stuck it in the oven~

Baked it about 50 minutes at 380

 uncovered

 YUMMMMY(:)

Oh I love this

I had a little after I made it

to check and see if it was delish

and it was(:) YEAH

alway nice when a

''throw together''

 turns out well~
