I watched Oprah

 the other day

 and she had Alicia Silverstone

 as a Vegan guest..

I liked her ideas an recipies..

 did you see  the show?

Organic foods

 are the best ofcourse..

they say apples and potatoes

 are some of the most pesticide ridden foods..

 hummmm

Also when we were buying eggs

 I noticed some said they had

Omega 3

 in them ..

do all egg yolks have that??

Or are these Hens fed a special diet?
