PUMPKIN CAKE

I made this the other day

using a big spring pan..

I love these pans..

the cake is a Patty recipe..

alittle of this and that..

started with a big fat can of the pumpkin

added spices..

nutmeg..

cinnamon..

salt..sugar..

a little flour..

3 eggs..

butter.. veg. oil..

1/2 of a 'dry' yellow cake mix...

mixed it all up with a whisk

topped it with some yellow dry cake mix /butter and made a crumb topping ..

baked it and

it is delish..

kinda like a pumpkin pie(:)
