Hi Patty! I am trying to recover from a horrendous fall in mid-July which really did a number on my left knee. Began physical therapy a couple of weeks ago and am now incorporating water therapy into the mix of exercises, electric stimulation, icing, etc. Good luck!

Swimming is an awesome way for you to get exercise. It is low impact. It will certainly help you regain mobility and strength.
