Ya this is me today..
need a complete makeover (:)
slice put into greased tins
topped with parmesan and cheddar cheese..
and ofcourse I seasoned them with S&P ..
plus some Old Bay seasoning~
I baked them at 350 *
and they were new red potatoes raw..
they took longer then I thought they would since I sliced them fairly thin..
took about 45 minutes to an hour..
but I checked and poked a fork into them
after about 30 minutes ..
so just watch them and testing-poking-- them(:)
then I added some of our garden grape tomatoes and ranch dressing
~~~for lunch.. it was good~!!

Now I am HUNGRY!! those look soooo good! Thank goodness you didn't show them with a loaf of french bread and butter.....I think I will try this. Thank you for sharing. I have home-grown tomaties too!
