Diagnosis

still sitting on my bum(:)

AWH YES..

well three more weeks of crutches and

I wear my big fat black walking boot ..

stepping lightly on my bad foot..

then in 3 weeks I should be able to

walk with a special lace up gadget

without crutches(:)

I kinda thought it would not

be a running day today..

that is ok I am doing just fine..

getting lazy and fat (:)
